When the package finally arrived, the keychains were okay, nothing special, but the pens were completely wrong. Not only was the logo misaligned on half of them, but the ink quality was terrible – they barely wrote! Contacted support again, and it's been a back-and-forth for days with no clear resolution. They keep asking for pictures, then more pictures, then saying it's within their 'quality tolerance.' Honestly, it feels like I wasted my money and now I have to scramble to find new pens elsewhere for my event. Very frustrating experience.
