Not only was the logo misaligned on half of them, but the ink quality was terrible – they barely wrote! Contacted support again, and it's been a back-and-forth for days with no clear resolution. They keep asking for pictures, then more pictures, then saying it's within their 'quality tolerance.' Honestly, it feels like I wasted my money and now I have to scramble to find new pens elsewhere for my event. Very frustrating experience.
